Bug Description

New upstream release includes

- spec file updated per redhat/fedora packaging policies
- fixed install scripts handling
- added man page for ucommon-config.

There is now a 2.0.7 upstream release, but this really was about pedantic cleanup for gcc 4.4 and the addition of a makefile target to clean docs, but has no real effective change from the perspective of packaging or use. But I am happy to see 2.0.6 did get packaged for Karmic.
