Milestones created via the inline milestone creation dialog have an empty codename, leading to an empty "" in Launchpad

Bug Description
When creating a milestone via the inline milestone creation dialog, the resulting milestone will have an empty pair of double-quotes at the end of its name in the rest of Launchpad. This is most likely due to the milestone having an empty codename. Going to the milestone's edit page, and clicking save (without changing anything) gets rid of the double quotes.
