Bug Description

The interfaces.productseries.validate_release_glob claims HTTPS is supported. The HTTPWalker also claims it is supported. This is clearly not true looking at the error. urllib2.HTTPSHandler is missing from the list of handlers.

This is hard to test because the matching of the url scheme to the handler happens in urllib2.
