Currently members of the Launchpad registry team are tasked with provisioning projects with privacy features. They are unable to perform many of the tasks and have to seek assistance from LOSAs or LP admins. They need to be able to turn on private bugs, set up private PPAs, and set branch visibility.
Launchpad developers and members of the registry admin team need to be able to review projects.
The permission for launchpad.Commercial needs to be reverted to only have the members of the Launchpad registry team. It will be the permission necessary for setting branch visibility and private PPAs.
A new permission called launchpad.ProjectReview will be created and will be granted to the registry team, which is a celebrity. The ~launchpad team in LP will be added to the registry team. This permission will be used for +review-licenses and +review-license.
