After third syncronizing it appears in My Files, I move it to my folder in PC one more time, and, after applet working and thinking, it moves in my folder in My Files in web interface.

Thank you for the bug report. I tried to reproduce this bug by following the steps you outlined. I copied a file (small png image) into "My Files", created a new folder in "My Files", and then moved the file into the newly created folder. I did each step right after the other. The file didn't disappear on my computer and it showed up in the newly created folder in the web UI. Are you still seeing these types of issues?

Changed in ubuntuone-client:
status: New → Incomplete

No, now it's working fine. But, with one "but". If web interface is running, it didn't shows new directories (file it shows fine), reload of web page with web interface solves the problem.
