tweaks to timeline graph on project overview page

Bug Description

After talking with Martin, the following changes need to be made to the timeline graph on the project overview page.

 * Show only the development focus series.
 * Remove the old list of series, milestones, and releases.
 * Remove the border.
 * Remove the zoom buttons.
 * Move the "(+) Register a series" link below the graph.
 * Remove the "Milestone history" link.
 * Change the name of the "Series timeline" link to "View all series".

Kept on thinking about it, how about instead of "View all series", we say "View full history"?

"View full history" sounds fine. Another thing that I've wondered is whether the default series should be called "trunk". It doesn't seem to make sense to have milestones or releases on trunk. Also, both bzr and launchpad have a development focus series with no milestones or releases. It seems like the concept of "development focus" is superfluous, since it doesn't affect other parts of the interface.

I don't think that showing just the development focus is a good idea. What if I always develop in trunk, then branch for releases? My development focus is then always the trunk series, which will never have a release or milestone. The development focus is also totally uninteresting to users.

You're right about the dev focus some times not being useful, I guess then we should show all active/stable series.
The development focus is also totally uninteresting to users, but so is any series. I think this can only be aimed towards developers.
