Bug Description
We have plenty of entries in the Person table that were created when users registered on shipit, but these person entries were never linked to anything as these users didn't use Launchpad. These accounts can be deleted to free the namespace and reduce bloat. The users will still be able to log into shipit and if they ever want to use Launchpad, the Person entry will be automatically created once they log into LP.

The fix is committed, but the actually deletion will take several week in production data. We will not mark this bug as fix released until the script is complete. We will watch the logs for a report of no deleted person entries, which would indicate there are no entries left to delete
