Bug Description
The project +series page calls itself something like "Bazaar timeline" in the browser title bar, and "Bazaar Timeline" in the title inside the page. The capitalisation of the latter is incorrect (all other in-page titles are sentence case), and +series is much less of a timeline that +index; it doesn't even have dates!

I have complained about this for about a year, just when I get to editing the page, I'm told, leave the title, change the link. We ill put the timeline there. such is life.
Edwin, add the timeline to the top of the page.
