Bug Description
After adding a release, I usually want to add a tarball to it. Currently
the add-a-release form takes me to the list of releases, so I have to
scan down the page and figure out where to go to add tarballs.
I think I'm reasonably typical in this regard. Alternatively, perhaps
the form to add a release could ask me for the tarballs at the time.

Bugger, this should have been fixed months ago. I may be able to fix this this before the 2.2.6 freeze.
