Adjacent links on project series page need horizontal separation

Bug Description

The new project series page has two sets of horizontally-adjacent action links: "Create milestone" and "Create release", and "Link to an Ubuntu package" and "Link to other package". They have too little spacing between them; the (+) icon of the right link seems to actually be one pixel closer to the text of the *left* link. Adding an   between them makes things look much better.

The only other instances of horizontally-adjacent links of this kind that I can find are on the team page, where they are already separated by one or more  s

Actually, I completely overlooked the best-looking set of adjacent links. They're right there - just above the description. They are almost perfect.
