BugTracker.getBugFilingAndSearchLinks() doesn't handle nonsensical remote_product values properly.

Bug Description

Trying to add a bugwatch via the "Also affects project"-link on bug 357761 gives me the OOPS-1254EB286.

By deleting the upstream link to the viking project (https://launchpad.net/viking), you can now actually view the "Also affects project" page but attempting to affect the viking project will produce the same error as OOPS-1254EB286 as seen in OOPS-1254EC29

It would appear that the remote bug tracking details for the viking project are set weirdly/incorrectly.

This occured because the remote product ID for the viking product is invalid. The method that parses the remote product ID should be updated to handle invalid IDs better.
