Expanding duplicate bug info in +filebug should be easier

Bug Description

The list of possible dupes in +filebug is expandable, but expanding it is really hard. Currently, you have to click a tiny triangle icon to the left of each item. Instead I propose that:

 * The entire item should be clickable, so that clicking anywhere (except for the link to the bug itself) will expand the item.
 * Make items expand when they receive focus, so that tabbing to them will expand them.
  * Make sure the focus is initially just before the first item, so that hitting tab for the first time goes to the first item in the list.

This bug being fixed causes a new problem for me.

When reporting a bug, when I ctrl-click on the summary of a possible duplicate bug, it expands when I expect it to open in a new tab. I can still right click > open in new tab or middle-click to open in a new tab.

I'm on edge.lp (r8956), using firefox 3.5.

There should be a "view this bug" link next to duplicate's "last
updated" date which will act as a normal link. Does that work for you?
