Bug Description
When editing a bug's tags, the tags editor's OK and Cancel buttons, the text input for the tags, and the "Tags:" label, all appear on new lines.
Instead, they should all appear on the same line.

I can reproduce. This used to work fine, so other than just fixing I'm rather interested in finding out what caused the regression.
