Bug Description
The auto-complete feature doesn't work in Opera when editing tags. You can still edit the tags inline, but you don't get any suggestions of which tags to use.

This is working as designed. The YUI component that we use for the list of completions has speed issues in Opera that render the entire widget unusable.
This may be fixed in YUI3 Beta1. We can't fix the issue ourselves without rewriting everything.
