Remove the +filebug-advanced form

Bug Description
The +filebug-advanced form is no longer necessary, now that we have the "extra options" expander on the +filebug form. The -advanced form should be removed, since leaving it lying around will lead to confusion.

If you do remove the page, I'd appreciate if you put up a "this page has permanently moved" redirect at the +filebug-advanced location. It'd be very frustrating if my Firefox awesomebar reflex gave me 404s.
