Need a series timeline widget

The disto, distro series, project and project series pages need a diagram of the series, milestones, and releases to illustrate the timeline of changes. We image a JavaScript canvas-based widget that uses the timeline_data described in bug #362953 [Need series-milestone-release JSON] is the right approach. Each artifact should link to it's page. The diagram must scale and/or pan to accommodate more information than we can fit on the page.

The series pages will show just themselves, with their releases and milestones extending left to right.
The distro and project pages will show multiple series, with the newest at the top.
