Bug Description
lp:~edwin-grubbs/launchpad/bug-349894-bug-assignee-picker-integration is ready, but before we can land it we need to do a bit more work to make it work nicely with the rest of the bugtask table.
* Integrate it such that the javascript code is in the same module as the rest of the bugtask table and uses the same hooks.
* Make the edit icon have a grey rollover.
* Change Nobody to Unassigned, and make it light grey.
