Add summary to title of links on milestone page

Bug Description
Blueprint links on milestone pages are ellipsised, and have a title containing just the Launchpad name of the blueprint. The title would be more useful if it had the full summary of the blueprint instead/as well. Maybe 'some-blueprint: Some blueprint'?
