Bug Description
The form for creating milestones uses the lowerCaseText CSS class to force the milestone name to be lowercase. When the formoverlay, which pops up on the create release page, grabs the milestone name directly from the form input, it still contains the capitalized letters. This causes an error that is very confusing, since the user only sees lowercase letters in the field.
