Bug Description
If you're an admin, and go to a team page with a mailing list, you don't see that block. You probably should :)

This bug only presents itself when the team is a Private Membership Team and the admin is not a member.
In that situation the admin sees:
Mailing list
This team does not have a mailing list.
Configure mailing list Moderate mailing list
Instead of:
Mailing list
<email address hidden>
Policy: You must be a team member to subscribe to the team mailing list.
Mailing list archive
Mailing list subscribers
Configure mailing list Moderate mailing list
You are not subscribed to the team mailing list. (Subscribe)
