component parameter to searchTasks API has no usable values - cannot be used

Bug Description

IHasBugs.searchTasks should be able to limit bugs by component when receiving a component argument. This argument expects a list of IComponent references, but since there's no way to way to reference IComponents using the API, it is impossible to use. The component argument should take a list of strings (of component names). For bonus points, make it take a single string too.
