Bug Description
Trying to choose a subscriber in:
https:/
or an assignee in:
https:/
using the "Choose..." link, having the text box empty, causes an oops like OOPS-1208S176 and OOPS-1209S12:
TypeError: count() got an unexpected keyword argument 'expr'
This only happens on staging (r7986 now).
