Add an unsubscribe icon to each bug subscriber you can unsubscribe

Won't that also make it less obvious how to unsubscribe? At the moment
there's a big red 'Unsubscribe' button.

A bit less obvious maybe, but we'll have (-) icons for a lot of things
in Launchpad, so it should be obvious that that's the way to remove
something (like a subscription).

I've also not said what we'll do with the "Subscribe" link after you've
subscribed. It could be that we'll keep it and change it to
"Unsubscribe". The reason for adding the (-) icons is mainly to provide
a way of unsubscribing a team. That should make it more obvious how to
unsubscribe a team that it is today.

This was landed as part of bigger branch for the whole subscribing inline story.
