Bug Description

Make it possible to subscribe (and unsubscribe) another user or team to a bug from within the bug page using a form overlay and a picker widget.

I noticed that I could use this feature in the latest development release of launchpad today ( Launchpad 2.2.5 (r8615)). Does that mean this bug should be set to Fix Released, or should that wait until the feature is available in a stable release?

That should wait. Fix Committed means that the fix is in mainline. Fix
Released means that the fix is available on launchpad.net, not only on
edge.launchpad.net, to which mainline get rolled out daily.
