Right-hand menu and "me too" broken on pages with an alert box

Bug Description
On the bug actions menu, the item for marking a bug as affecting the user reads "change". It should read "This bug affects me" (or something like that).
We can fix this when we replace the current in-page me-too control with an ajax status picker.
