Allow users to update their summary whilst searching for dupes when filing a bug

Bug Description
At the moment users can't refine the summary that they've entered whilst searching for possible duplicates whilst filing a bug.
We should add a summary field above the duplicate list with a button labelled "check again". Updating the field and hitting the "check again" button should update the duplicate list in-page, without a page load.
