+filebug dupe finder should show more information about possible duplicates

Bug Description
Currently the +filebug dupe finder shows very little information besides the bug's summary and a tooltip containing a raw copy of the bug's description.
What should be shown:
* The summary and datecreated of the possible dupe with an expander that, when expended, shows:
* The status, importance and assignee of the bug
* The description of the bug
