Bug Description
A few hours ago I received an e-mail notification that ended like this:

Can't make apt:// links in bug report responses
https:/
You received this bug notification because you are subscribed to Launchpad Bugs.
------------
That URL produces an error message, "Unknown consumer (None).".
It may save time to fix bug 262854 (Email notifications have edge urls) at the same time as this bug.
