Duplicate warning remains on the comment form after un-marking as a duplicate

Bug Description
To reproduce
1. Using the new duplicate widget, mark a bug as a duplicate
2. Refresh the page.
3. Unmark the bug as a duplicate.
4. Go to the "add a comment / attachment" dropdown.
5. Observe that the "This is a duplicate" warning is still present.
What should happen:
When you unmark the bug as a duplicate the warning should be removed.
