Bug Description
While I was doing a pull, and my computer froze. I rebooted. After I rebooted, I did a break-lock, and then finished the pull. Then I ran update.
~/bzr.dev $ bzr update
bzr: ERROR: This tree contains left-over files from a failed operation.
Please examine /home/garyvdm/
keep, and delete it when you are done.
I deleted the limbo dir.
~/bzr.dev $ bzr update
Unable to obtain lock file://
held by <email address hidden> on host garyvdm-desktop [process #8195]

Will continue to try until 20:21:47, unless you press Ctrl-C
If you're sure that it's not being modified, use bzr break-lock file://

It'd be useful to have a traceback from the point where the error about limbo files is thrown; presumably there's a missing unlock there.
