Bug Description
As seen on OOPS-1180A871, OOPS-1180F474 and OOPS-1181C118, +cve pages are timing out.
We should re-make that page to only link to the series specific reports.
The issue is that we display too much information there. Not only does it include all open CVE bugs, but it also lists all CVE bugs ever closed, a list which is already long, and will get longer as time moves forward. The report for a series is automatically bounded in size, and so far those render quick enough.
