Bug Description
At the moment we show a plain text representation of bugtask importance when displaying them in interleaved changes. We should colour these as in the rest of the UI.

As with bug 351737, I doubt this is a good idea, because it would mean that most (at least half) of the most prominent words in the bug comments block would be bits of out-of-date information.
