Editing bug summary doesn't update page <title>

Bug Description
1. While logged in to Launchpad, go to any bug report page.
2. Click the Edit button next to the bug summary, and enter a new summary.
What should happen: The summary should update in the page body and the page <title>.
What actually happens: The summary updates in the page body only.
It may save time to fix bug 351540 at the same time as this bug.
