Make it possible to match interesting_changes on a regex rather than a simple string comparison in BugTaskView.activity_by_date

Bug Description

At the moment BugTaskView.activity_by_date does straight string comparisons to work out whether or not something is worth interleaving. We should use regexes here instead so that we can do more complex matches, say for changes to bug task statuses and so on.
