URL to linked branch in e-mail notifiations should be on its own line

Bug Description
When a branch gets linked to a bug, an e-mail notification is sent looking like this:
** Branch linked: lp:branch-path
The branch-path can be quite long, so it would be better to have the branch URL on the line below:
** Branch linked:
lp:branch-path
The same applies for unlinking branches.
