Bug Description
bugs.sun.com appears to be a custom-built bug tracker. As such its URLs aren't recognised by the bug URL parsing code (e.g. http://
Launchpad should be updated to be able to handle this type of bug URL. A new BugTrackerType should be defined, as well as (possibly) a celebrity created for bugs.sun.com. Finally, IBugWatchSet needs to be updated to be able to parse bugs.sun.com bug watches.
