Project milestone release publishing view has two dodgy headings

Bug Description
The page heading of the new release publishing view uses the URL name, not display name of the project.
The HTML title appears to be trying to cause my brain to explode, as its meaning I cannot fathom:
"Register a new Milestone <milestone> for <project> release in Launchpad"
