Make it possible to get the remote_product for a Product using its SourceForge project attribute

Bug Description
For products that have a SourceForge project name set, but no remote_product, we should be able to get the remote_product (atid and group_id) as follows:
1. Use the SF project to go to sf.net/
2. Follow the link to the Tracker
3. Extract the URL for the bug tracker from the page
4. Parse the URL to get the atid and group_id for the project.
