Can't get a milestone by name via the API

Bug Description
When using the API, there should be a way of getting a Milestone by name when you have a project.
I have a project, and I know the name of the milestone I'm interested in for a project. The only way I can get to the actual Milestone object via the API is to loop over all the milestones and compare the name with each milestone. This is not very convenient.

You cannot do this in the model either :/. I think we need to add this. There is a related request that came out of a UI review to get the current milestone or release, which cannot be done either.
