Bug Description

The very nice page https://edge.launchpad.net/projects/+review-licenses is not linked from anywhere. That omission should be fixed and a link/s to handy search/es should be provide, such as a search for all projects with commercial-use subscriptions.

The right page to provide those links is TBD.

Actually, as only a few people ever want to visit that page, maybe this is really a subset of bug #240067 ("Launchpad needs a wiki")? IOW, if you could construct a Launchpad page for yourself that had that link, you'd be set; and you could share that page with other people.

Or is there a common use case for visiting the license review page that I'm not thinking of?

I expect launchpad team members to see a link on the /people page to
review-licenses.

Yes, https://launchpad.net/projects is the correct place to place the link, conditionally based on permissions. There is also a request to have a link to standard canned searches available on an external wiki page.
