Link to /+me/+related-software incorrectly implies assignment

Bug Description

The Link to /+me/+related-software from /+me/+participation (in the navigation portlet) is labeled "List assigned packages". Given that there is no means of assigning packages in launchpad, and that the target only represents past activity, rather than indicating any assignment that may be currently present, this wording could clearly be improved.

Perhaps just replacing with "Related Software" would work, or perhaps there is some other phrase that may be more appropriate. Alternately, the link could display the set of packages that the user is allowed to upload (which, while still not actually representing assignment, better matches accepted responsibility).
