10 comes before 9, etc, in changelog entry sorting

Bug Description

At https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+source/linux-source-2.6.15/+changelog the changelog entries are ordered like this:

2.6.15-9.14
2.6.15-9.13
2.6.15-9.11
2.6.15-12.17
2.6.15-11.16
2.6.15-10.15

Entries are being sorted in reverse lexical order of the version field.

If it isn't easy to do a version sort, perhaps sorting by upload date would make sense.

Does this bug still existing ? It seems to be fixed after last fixes in this land.
