gutenprint does not install if cupsys cannot start

Bug Description

Gutenprint does something or other related to printing in Ubuntu.

It does not currently finish installing because it depends on 'cupsys' being able to restart.

'cupsys-driver-gutenprint' should probably successully install regardless of whether it can restart any other services... (at the moment it just leaves the machine in a confusing state for the user where any attempt to install/remove software throws up errors).

dpkg: error processing cupsys-driver-gutenprint (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 3
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of cupsys-driver-gimpprint:
 cupsys-driver-gimpprint depends on cupsys-driver-gutenprint (>= 4.3.99+cvs20051122.dfsg.1-2); however:
  Package cupsys-driver-gutenprint is not configured yet.
dpkg: error processing cupsys-driver-gimpprint (--configure):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of ubuntu-desktop:
 ubuntu-desktop depends on cupsys-driver-gutenprint; however:
  Package cupsys-driver-gutenprint is not configured yet.

Filed this bug by using URL completition for the silly-length URL and forgot to change it first. D'oh.
