Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.27-4-generic

Attempted to upgrade my system but could not properly. One of the packages linux-image-2.6.27-4 fails to configure correctly.

Expected: Upgrade to the new linux-image to configure successfully.
Actual Result: Post-install configuration attempts to run but fails with the following message:

Could this be caused my installing the nvidia restricted drivers (177) via jockey-kde?

I'm current version of jockey-kde is 0.5~beta1-0ubuntu1. But I'm not sure which particular version of jockey-kde I used for installing nvidia drivers.

dpkg -l | grep nvidia:

Attempted to uninstall the nvidia driver by uninstalling it via jockey. And running sudo dpkg -a --configure which fails.
Then reinstalled the driver via jockey and then tried to sudo dpkg -a --configure. Still no luck. Is this related to a bug in jockey?

The update to nvidia-common version 0.2.4, and/or jockey-common and jockey-kde version 0.5~beta1-0ubuntu3 fixed this issue.
