No confirmation that your milestone registration succeeded

1. From a project series, choose "Add milestone".
2. Complete the form and choose "Register Milestone".

What happens: You are returned to the series page, with no confirmation that the milestone was registered. And because the list of active milestones is in a small box far down the right side of the page, the newly-created milestone usually isn't even noticable.

What should happen: The newly-created milestone should be prominent on the series page.

One way of implementing this would be as an informational alert, like those saying "Thanks for your bug report" etc.

Possibly a better way would be for the series page to prominently list the milestones in the series page, to ensure that the newly-created milestone is visible, and to use a fade-out highlight on the newly-created milestone.
