Adding milestone/release to newly-created series requires going to a separate page

Bug Description
1. Register a new series for a project.
2. Register a new milestone or release for that series.
What happens:
2. You need to choose "Add a milestone" or "Register a release" from the series page.
What should happen:
2. You should not need to go to a separate page. The form(s) for adding a new milestone or release should be present on the series page itself.
Probably it would be quicker to fix this bug after fixing bug 174468 than before.
