cdrw-taper has unmet dependecies

Binary package hint: cdrw-taper

Hi all, I am trying to install the cdrw-taper package.
Ther apt-get says that I have unmet dependencies.
This is a bug?
My system is up to date.
I am using Ubuntu 8.04
