Map on team map page isn't zoomed appropriately by default

Bug Description
1. Go to <https:/
2. Notice that, by default, the small map is zoomed to New Zealand because that's where all the team members are.
3. Choose "Show map and time zones".
What you see: A map covering a large chunk of the world, with New Zealand hidden under a cluster of markers.
What you should see: Like the small map, the large map should be zoomed in as much as possible while still encompassing all the known locations of members.

The adjustments I landed to the map bourdaries seems to have fix this issue. Teams like the hawaii locos are now fixed.
