Please see my reports in LP Bug #258450 "OOPS: Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference" which have been occurring since updating to 2.6.24-21.40, causing the Bluetooth drivers to fail and also often taking out *all* keyboard input to user-space, as well as making the system progressively more unresponsive.

Kernel team, this was fixed in an SRU in hardy, but never closed in intrepid/jaunty. Should this be fixed?
