Bug Description

The virtual appliance flavour in Hardy requires the tulip ethernet driver to be enabled in order to have networking under VMWare.

SRU Justification

Impact: The Hardy virtual appliance does not have network support in VMWare. All other i386 flavours have TULIP enabled.
